Congratulations and welcome to 4Cs!

Now that you’re officially part of the 4Cs community it’s time to take the steps that get you fully enrolled, registered and ready for your first class. This page is your roadmap.

Bookmark it and follow the steps in order.

Submit Required Documents

Submit Official Transcripts

• High School transcript (if you graduated within the last 10 years)
• College transcript (if you are transferring credits from another college)

Submit Proof of Immunization

Who must submit proof of immunization?

• All full-time students (12 credits or more) under 30 years of age
• All part-time and full-time health science students
• Any full or part-time students while on student or other visa. Including foreign exchange students attending or visiting classes as part of an academic visitation or exchange program.

Set Up Your My4Cs Portal

Your My4Cs portal is where you will:

• View your class schedule
• Check your student email
• Pay your bill
• Access online courses

Your username is your 4Cs email (firstname.lastname@capecod.edu).
Your first password is “CapecodStudentID” (ex Capecod123456). The first C in Capecod is capitalized.

Log in and reset your password if needed.

If your account isn’t active yet, wait up to 24 hours before trying again. If you need technical assistance please email the help desk.

Get Financial Aid Started

Complete the FAFSA

Even if you have filled out the FAFSA before, add Cape Cod Community College to your list using school code 002168.

Applying for financial aid may help reduce your cost of attendance.

Meet with an Academic Advisor

Planning your first semester is easier with support. Advisors help you:

• Understand your program requirements
• Choose the right classes
• Navigate registration
• Confirm if placement testing is needed

Monday – Friday, 10am to 4pm
Wednesday evenings, 5pm to 7pm
No appointment needed

If you can’t make these times email the advising center.

In-Person Advising
Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm
Schedule an appointment so you don’t have to wait.

Once you meet with an advisor you will be ready to:

• Register for classes
• Attend orientation
• Download your schedule and get set up for your first day

If You Transferred From Another College

Welcome! You still need to:

• Submit official college transcripts
• Confirm transfer credits with admissions
• Connect with an advisor to plan your classes here

If you have take classes here before and are coming back:
