Want to meet students face-to-face and build your presence at 4Cs? Our Employer Recruiting Table is available during the Fall and Spring semesters for companies actively hiring.

To reserve the table, employers must:

Have two or more current job openings
Be registered on Handshake, our online career platform

This is a great way to connect directly with students between classes, share your opportunities, and start building your candidate pipeline.

Employer Guidelines & Requirements

Before you post a job or internship, please review our policies to make sure your opportunity aligns with our standards.

We do NOT post or promote opportunities that involve:

Third-party recruiters or staffing agencies
Independed contractor roles paid via 1099
In-home or home-based services (babysitting, elder care, yard work, etc.)
Volunteer roles or unpaid positions
Entrepreneurship “opportunities” framed as jobs
On-campus sollicitation, product sales, or distribution
Positions requiring students to pay fees, buy materials, or rent sales kids
Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM) structures

Important: As of January 1, 2023, the minimum wage in Massachusetts is $15/hour. All paid roles must meet or exceed this rate.
