Cape Cod Community College Welcomes Rachael Kittleson as New Leader of Employer Engagement, Workforce Partnerships

Cape Cod Community College’s Center for Community and Professional Education (CCAPE) has appointed Rachael Kittleson as its Senior Manager of Employer Engagement and Workforce Partnerships.

In this pivotal new role, Rachael will lead CCAPE’s employer outreach strategy, building strategic alliances, and generating measurable, local workforce results. She will focus on providing customized training solutions for the region’s employers and advancing apprenticeship opportunities that strengthen local industries and build sustainable career pathways.

As Senior Manager, Rachael will play a key role in advancing CCAPE’s mission to deliver high-impact training solutions that align with regional workforce priorities. This includes working closely with local and regional stakeholders, including MassHire Workforce Boards, industry associations, chambers of commerce, the Cape Cod Blue Economy Foundation, and business and community leaders, to identify workforce needs, design responsive training solutions, and connect employers with resources that drive long-term success.

Rachael brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning workforce development, education administration, and nonprofit management. Recognized as a strategic and mission-driven leader, she has a demonstrated record of cultivating cross-sector partnerships, securing diverse funding, and translating innovative ideas into measurable outcomes. She is deeply committed to linking learning with career pathways and building sustainable frameworks that expand opportunity and strengthen local economies.

A graduate of Buffalo State University, Rachael earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Education, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
