4Cs to UMass Dartmouth Nursing Pathway

Thanks to a new partnership between Cape Cod Community College and UMass Dartmouth all students who are accepted into the 4Cs Nursing program are also admitted into the UMass Nursing and Health Sciences RN-BS Online degree program.

In other words: you are guaranteed a seat at UMass to continue your higher education and earn your Bachelor’s degree after completing your Associate degree at 4Cs.

Saving on Tuition

4Cs Nursing students transferring to UMass Dartmouth receive a 15% tuition credit by meeting the following criteria:

  • Finish your Associate’s in Nursing with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Enter the UMass Dartmouth Online Nursing program within 2-years

To maintain eligibility for the tuition credit, students who transfer to UMass Dartmouth must maintain a 3.0 GPA while there, enroll in undergraduate online classes each Fall and Spring semester, and complete the Bachelor’s degree within 4-years of starting.

National, regional, and local airlines including Jet Blue, Cape Air, and the U.S. Coast Guard are providing strong support, and are waiting for graduates to start filling critical needs in numerous sectors of the aviation industry where major shortages of highly skilled technicians exist now, and are expected to continue for many years to come.

Information Sessions

Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) Information Sessions are required for all applicants to this program. The AMT Program Director and AMT Recruiter will share up-to-date information about the program and answer questions about the curriculum and the admissions process.

Information Sessions are held at the Aviation Campus located at the Plymouth Municipal Airport and may take up to 90 minutes which will include a comprehensive tour of the facility and inner workings of the AMT program as well as all programs offered at this location.
